Hooponopono Harmonising

Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian tradition for personal development; meaning ‘to set things right’. It encourages full personal responsibility for all aspects of one’s life. I teach Ho’oponopono in a group context where the effect is amplified and most profoundly affects the subconscious – where all our issues are stored. It is designed to be practised by one’s self to help ‘clear’ difficult issues.

The overall aim of HHC is to empower people to take responsibility for themselves, their lives, their wants, wishes and desires and live from a place of natural authenticity within themselves. The HHC provides the environment, the tools and community to live and be one’s authentic self.

HHC is a powerful workshop that changes people’s lives, dramatically in some cases. With that in mind, it is our purpose to hold this vibration within ourselves, a vibration of love, abundance, self- compassion and forgiveness

Our abundance is determined by our own vibration, and it is now time for it to not only grow or expand but to explode, radiate and connect to the infinite abundance that is available to us all

HHC is a journey of growth, self-discovery and enlightenment. It is a global affair that will show you your value, your worth and will provide you with a big chair for you to sit in the circle with should you choose.

HHC helps to create a vortex of energy, in an amplified container which can cause huge shifts and transformations. It is a container that can transform dissonant energy into resonant energy to bring clarity. HHC is about moving away from old patterns of resistance by clearing the memories that are holding you back via and moving to a new point of attraction – a vortex of creation. The circle helps you to practice staying present, congruent, connected and heart centred. You feel a deeper presence, connectedness and clarity and learn to take notes when your heart speaks. You then take this practice out in the world. It’s about raising our vibrations state so that we are experiencing joy, more and more often. It’s about becoming ‘Peace of I’ and moving from chatter to focused creating.

Ho’oponopono Harmonising Circle is about healing the parts of you, so you don’t keep repeating the same story with different people. Sitting in the circle allows you to benefit from the powerful amplifying effects of the vortex energy and amplified the power of Ho’oponopono as originally it was practised in a circle.

Ho’oponopono Harmonising Circle is about sitting in the unknown until something new becomes known. It is not about leading someone to an outcome or a realisation that you know about, and they don’t. It is a container that can transform dissonant energy into resonant energy to bring clarity. HHC is about moving away from old patterns of resistance by clearing the memories that are holding you back via and moving to a new point of attraction – a vortex of creation.

Ho’oponopono Harmonising Circle helps to create shifts, witness and release stuck emotions, unwind painful emotions and feelings in a safe place. It’s about forgiving ourselves and others, about being emotionally honest, speaking from the heart, changing belief systems, manifesting alignment and becoming congruent to who we really are. Ho’oponopono Harmonising Circle helps us to be real with people, in a compassionate presence while connecting to source/inspiration. It is about erasing data and memories that are holding us back and stopping the memory replaying the same situation with different people. Ho’oponopono Harmonising Circle helps us to go back to zero where all possibilities exist.

In the circle, you sit an open-hearted field of possibilities without trying to fix anyone else. You let go of judgements, take responsibility, tune into the amplified harmony created by the container of the circle. HHC helps to connect you to your core essence by dropping the drama and aligning to your heart. It helps you to understand that you are the point of attraction and live a different story, and to stop feeding your sabotages. In fact, you practice letting go and not telling stories at all.

The focus is on you since everything is in your experience. By choosing ‘wants’ rather than ‘shoulds’ you create a container to feel the heart and what is really going on and deliberately move out of suffering to happiness. It’s about raising your vibrations state so that we are experiencing joy, more and more often. It’s about becoming ‘Peace of I’ and moving from chatter to focused creating.

Ho’oponopono is an updated version of an old Hawaiian problem-solving process that works on memories or programs that we recorded in our subconscious. Our thoughts activate these memories. When a thought comes to mind, even without us realising it automatically activates a memory stored in our subconscious mind and then manifests itself as a problem. Memories are problems that recur throughout our lives. When we are conscious that we are 100% responsible for everything that we manifest in our lives, then we accept our problems as a chance to clean them from our lives.

” Im a happy ho’oponopono’er 😇 . It’s been the single most important thing that I’ve done in my life. The effects of it are profound and deep and as a tool for creating change its incredible and the effects are far reaching. It’s like dropping a coin into a wishing well and watching the ripples as everything around you starts to unfold.”

” Alweena used all her considerable skills to delve into and help me to honestly face up to my innermost feelings and wants. As we moved through the different sessions the strength and warmth from you as a group allowed me to give voice to thoughts and feelings that I had never voiced before and was reluctant to confront . I don’t know of any other circumstances where I was fully in tune with others feelings and they of mine.To be free to communicate and hand over my wants to you as a group and to the source who was so clearly present gave me a wonderful feeling of joy and freedom. I found the circle an intriguing way to get to know each and everyone of you . The time and space the circle provides allows each one of your wonderful qualities to emerge and I thank you all for allowing me to be part of it.”
